1 Bad Surprise de M. 24/Jul/2011 (regarding a stay in July 2011)

Me and my family were very surpised when we arrived at the apartment, first of all because this is not an apartment but a sort of garage renovated. Most of the fornitures were broken, the linen not so clean.

The surface can be at most 25m2. To reach the center of the city with the bus it needs 30/40 minutes. I don't understand what is "shared garden" because in front of the door there is only a little flowerbed.

Siento mucho que la impresión que se ha llevado este señor no corresponda en absoluto a la realidad que, por otra parte, puede comprobarse a través de la opinión generalizada de todos los comentarios.
Es una pena que haya gente que salga ya de vacaciones enfadado. Mi apartamento no está al lado de la playa, eso es verdad porque así lo
digo en la publicidad pero no es verdad que mida 25m sino 40m como tampoco es verdad que haya cosas rotas o sucias. Periodicamente hacemos un repaso de todo y reparamos o sustituimos aquello que no va o está en mal estado.
Nos gusta Ofrecer Buen Servicio. Los clientes pagan y ellos se merecen todo lo mejor incluso aquellos que salen de vacaciones enfadados.

The apartment was really nice. I enjoyed finding some coffee and a very well equipped kitchen. All devices in kitchen and bathroom were functioning, everything was clean. Parking the auto was also really easy in the street. The house is not on the street-side but from the back to be found. Otherwise everything was easy: getting a proper contract, the keys and so on. We were very happy with the apartment.

i liked it very much...the apartment is the same like on the pictures on the internet which usually is not the case.it was very clean and the space is well organized. and if you have a car it's a perfect place to stay, but the public transport is also well connected to the center and the journey last only 10 min!. as i am so satisfied with it i completely recommend this apartment to everyone.
