The owner´s comments
A typical portuguese rural house with a nice garden and swimingpool. Thanks to the quiet and peaceful surroundings you will be able to wake up with the sounds of the birds.
Nearby, there are a small unpolluted river, a lot of paths to explore through the mountains and three of the most important beaches in the North of Portugal: Afife, Moledo and Vila Praia de Âncora.
If you want, you can also take the ferry-boat to cross the biggest river in the North of Portugal and visit Spain which is only 7km away.

Lovely location and lovely place in general. The house was nice but a little on the dark and small side. It could perhaps do with a little revamp. Shame the living room has no windows and is therefore quite dark. Generally the place was nice though and the owners very friendly and kind. Lovely outdoor area and beautiful pool!

Lovely, cosy accommodation in beautiful area. The log fire was very welcoming, especially as the weather was cold and wet. Very friendly and helpful owners who did everything they could to make us welcome.
