House 200 m from the beach in Miami Playa

We spent holidays in the end of July with my children and our friends (5 persons). First af all - some words regarding the house. The house is located in the apartment complex. It is empty - has 3 bedrroms and full bath upstairs, master bedroom is large, sunny with good view on the complex courtyard (pool view). The second bedroom is sufficient for 2 persons, the 3rd - is small for 1 person. Down stairs is the large living room with the exit outside on the terrasse (excellent!!!!!!), kitchen, WC. The house has all things for the comfortable holidays - good quality furniture (outside on the terrasse chairs and table are not plastiс and very comfortable!!!!!), fresh linen, excellent condition of the bath and WC, a HUGE selection of the dishes for cooking (there is even the pounder!) and dinner ware. In the livingroom there are different board games and Josep kindly allowed us to use it. There are thing for pool activities (sticks for gymnastic), chlidren outdoor toys, beach chairs. So for our opinion the house is exellent - clean, empty, very charming (the photos on the site don't reflect its charm) and functional. I would like to note - outdoor before the house there is very beautiful tree with crimson flowers - it is very favorably from other homes without any trees in the yard, looks very cosy. The beach is on the walking distance from the house (we broke the rules a bit and went directly, it was 6 min walking, if going by traffic laws - approximately 15 minutes). Beach is large and clean. Near there is the second beach - little bit smaller but very picturesque, in the bay). The OWNER!!!!! Josep is very hospitable owner and responsive person. Before our arrival Josep detailed answered for all my question and gave all the information concerning the house and holidays. Even we don't speak Spanish and Josep English during our staying we communicated well in Whatsapp or through the translator in our smartphones. If we had any problem (for example with calling the taxi) Josep helped us. Also he advised us something for our best holidays and staying in Spain. In the end of our rest Josep kindly took us to railway station in Hospitalet! Better for staying in Miami Platja is to rent the car if you like to move in differenet places. First four days we stayed without the car, there is bus stop near the house but it runs infrequently scheduled, so we decided to hire the car (there is the point in Miami or it is possible in Reus airport) as we constantly traveled around the coast.
