Enjoy the best location, at the very heart of Barcelona, in a quite and safe street in the old town. Check our testimonials. The flat has a quiet terrace. Near our building you will find all services (shops, cafes, supermarket, public transportation, etc).
* News(oct 2011): bread toaster. Yes...it is true that we do also like to have just-made warm toasted bread for breakfast so, following your kind recommendations, we have bought a bread toaster (you will find it in the kitchen).
* News (jul 2010): New 42' flat TV + shade in the main bedroom.
* News (oct 2009): we have completely renewed the shower and the main bed (king size + luxury matress), and also the kitchen amenities.- Setting
Just go to downtown. The flat is at a 1 minute walk from Plaza Cataluña.
Walking distance from the apartment:
- Las Ramblas:2-3 minutes
- The Cathedral: 2 minutes
- Gothic and Romanic routes: 1-2 minutes
- Born Quarter and Sta. Maria del Mar temple: 5-7 minutes
- Beach: 15 minutes / 2 underground stops.

(regarding a stay in June 2011)
Everything is very good. Apartments are almost the same as in the photo. Location is perfect - just a few steps from the huge El Corte Ingles and bus station (Airbus from the airport). Minus one star for the noise. The neighbors had been repaired and in the mornings there were very noisy construction works. However, it was after 10 am, so early birds will not be disturbed.

We have to beg excuses to Maria, as she is right: there were some refurbishng works done by our neighbour. He provided notice to us, and we
asked him to avoid noise before 10 am (which was a quite convenient time: not too early for guests, not too late for workers).
This was a completely exceptional situation, and refurbishing works finished last weekend (5 days of works in total).
The apartment is really a quiet place, being it located at the heart of Barcelona.
Even more, we think that the low level of noise (normally) is one of the strengths of this place.
Again, we are sorry that Maria was disturbed by these works, though we negotiated a good planning with our neighbour.

(regarding a stay in April 2010)
Great appartment! In the very center of Barcelona, but quiet. Comfortable, very clean and well maintained. Very well equiped kitchen and nice dining room (+ terrace) made it so easy to buy fresh food at la Boqueria and prepare it at home! Huge TV made it possible to enjoy footbal games ;-) Luxurious for 2 people, but also great for 4. When we go back to Barcelona we will definitely rent it again!
