The accommodation

Flat special atmosphere in building firts18th century. Sleeps 4 in 2 bedroom with two twin in each. Apartment overlooks Plaza Mayor. Bedroom 1 with 2 twin beds, Bedroom 2 with 2 large single beds. eventually request extra bed for child and baby cot available. Both rooms with small balcony outside and air condition.

1 Bathroom full equiped with bath. 1 Toilette. Kitchen full equipment open dining room: vitroceramic 4 fire, oven,fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster,kettle and coffe machine. Automatic washing-dryer machine. Iron and board.

In lounge there is an interest bookcase with a lot of book different themes. Fans. TV. and internet acces wifi free. Its a second floor without lift.

Setting

Plaza Mayor is the most lively place of the city with artisans, musicians, mimes, cafes and restaurants. The shopping area with the charm of small establishments, museums and galleries. Very lively area during the day and quiet at night.

Driving time from Palma International Airport is only 10 minutes. Car hire would be not essential. Everything is within walking distance and there is a reliable bus service. Perhaps rent a car to visit the island, there is parking under Plaza Mayor.

Activities and attractions

Close Olivar's Market with fresh meals all the year and local people. Town Hall and its surroundings, the most impressive historic buildings, museums, galleries and hundreds of small streets with shopping . Near the Cathedral and its surroundings as the district of "La Lonja", with restaurants and tapas bar around the area.

The City Beach is 900 meters. There is a cycle route along the bahia for "Ciudad Jardín", "Portixol", "El Molinar", "Playa de Palma" to "El Arenal"
Arabella Golf Son Muntaner and Arabella Golf Son Vida? from 4km.
