The accommodation

Lovely modern house located in a quiet residential area in the countryside of Lucca.

The house is divided into two units. Each units its own entrance, garden with chairs to for out door dining and terrace with chairs to enjoy perfect relaxation in the quiet and fragrance of the Tuscany countryside.
The house is on the single floor of 100sqm and 30 sqm terrace.

Inside there is a spacious and light living room whit sofa bed, tv and nice table that can accommodate up to 8 people. The large kitchen is equipped whit every appliance, from here you can access to the garden where there is a comfortable table for 8 people where you can enjoy delicious meals in the open area. Then there is 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.

The house is occupied with free WIFI.
The house is located about 4km from center of Lucca reachable in few minutes by car, or for those who prefer a short distance you will found the bus stop that will bring you into the heart of the city.

From here you can easy reach the popular area of Versilia, Florence and Pisa.
