Villa Azzurra

The accommodation

my property is a 3-storey villa:
- ground floor has a living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a bed / mini gym depends on the needs.
- first floor has three double bedrooms, one with en suite and the other two have the bathroom outside; on request you can add beds because the rooms are spacious;
- second floor has a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom.
throughout the night area find the parquet. the villa has heating on the ground so you can walk safely barefoot without feeling cold.
the villa is equipped with air conditioners, washer dryer, dishwasher, tv with sky, wifi, oven, microwave, bed linen, towels, bathrobes, tablecloths and more. i would add that the new structure is both externally but especially inside. it was not restored but built from scratch.

has an electrical automation for this differs from other properties.

it has a swimming pool 12x6 with a huge sun; 3 horses with possibility of walking.
finally we rent our property for events such as weddings, christenings, birthdays, graduations and other celebrations.

Setting

The villa is located in a hilly area away from the smog and bustle but not far from the center , only 2 km . You can reach easily both the sea and the mountain as the Marche region as a chance to relax in both environments

In the area you will find any kind of attraction as : scuba diving , hiking, horseback riding , tennis etc.
