The accommodation

April 2004 we inaugurate 9 Brand New (1 and 2 rooms) Apartments in Center of Seville with room up to 5 people 1 or 2 rooms. New building with Andalusian patio.

The apartments are equipped with a living room with a sofa bed, a fully eqquiped kitchen, 1 or 2 Bathroom, Security locks and bedroom/s can have 2 single beds, 1 single bed or a double bed (according to the apartment).

All the Apartments have air conditioning and heating and are very bright.

Setting

Located in the real center of the city the building have car-parking where you can leave your car and visit the mos important monuments of the city, as well as many point of interest.
The building also have elevator and WIFI internet connection for Free.

Activities and attractions

- 50 meters to the Alameda de Hercules, a nice esquare of 500 metres long souronded of restaurants and cofes where you can eat outside and enjoy the sun of Andalusia while your childs play in any of the park of swing and slides of the square.
- 500 meters to the river Guadalquivir, perfect to walk at sun set o play sports like Footing, Cycling, Fishing, Canoa, kayak...
- 600 meters to the Sierpes, Tetuam St., Plaza del Duque (the most importat shop center zone of the city)
-900 meters to the Plaza Nueva, city council, Giralda, Bull fighting Maestranza, Santa Cruz neighborhood, Real Alcazares...
