The accommodation

Villa 8 bedrooms in 2 separate plants .
Fully furnished, 2004, splendid sea view, 10 min magnificent beaches and 2.1 km from Benissa, 4000 m2 of land with large garden, swimming pool 10x5 m with more than 350 m2 terrace, barbecue, pergola cars, Internet with wifi.

* 2 separate floors each with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, large porch on each floor. heating and hot water by gas.

Do you like the beach?, Are you having fun ?....; people agree, but also enjoy quiet surrounded by nature.

Setting

The villa is located in a natural setting among rolling hills, with a microclimate that maintains a pleasant temperature all year round, enjoying the tranquility and magnificent views of the Rock of Ifach and Calpe bay.

Access to the villa from the national highway N-332 that goes from Calpe Benissa, after about 60 meters from kilometer 174 and take a paved road right of Benimarraig D'Assegadors. After about about 1 km. leaving said road and railway bridge crossing the Alicante-Denia, about 30 meters to the right is the village, surrounded by a stone wall and a sliding door white.
