The accommodation

My beach house is new, small and cute. Suitable for a family with children and adults up to a maximum of 5 persons. It 's very light and airy, not far from the town center and 300 meters from the sea. The area is quiet and perfect for trips to the sea and inland.

In the two-room apartment located on the top floor you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the hills. The sun terrace above the apartment is equipped with table and chairs for dining alfresco evening breeze enjoying the moments of the sunset on the sea front. It 'also equipped with a side kitchen and terrace room, comfortable, with outdoor sink and adapted to dry your swim suits and towels

Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the house. Decorated in a nautical theme, it is composed of a double bedroom suitable for adults and a furnished dining area with a sofa bed for two other people. On request you can arrange another child in an extra cot.

The kitchen is equipped with all appliances useful to a pleasant stay by the sea; dishwasher, TV, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer. The car is parked in the courtyard of the building for free. I have bikes to rent at 5 € a day each, and also a 4g wifi router portable if he ever serve at 5 € per day.

Setting

The apartment is near the famous beaches "White Beaches" and is located 100 meters from the center of Vada. You get here by motorway from Genoa for those coming from the north or the supertrada FI.PI.LI for those coming from Florence. From South Highway and exit of the highway Rosignano.There is also the train station but is a bit far from the village. The resort is beautiful in summer and pleasant in spring and autumn saw the mild climate of the area. The country is quiet and well-served by all that can be useful during your stay, with pharmacy, hardware store, grocery stores, bakeries, butcher shops, ice cream shops, pizzerias, restaurants etc.There is also a first aid station and a nearby hospital in Cecina with the ER. I recommend bikes useful to reach quickly the sea and without going crazy or spend their cars. The wi.fi line is good, you take the 4G almost always.

Activities and attractions

We are in the Etruscan Coast, rich in ancient history. In addition to the ruins of the etruscan People as Populonia and Baratti there are interesting places to visit in the lands dedicated to the production of the best wines in the world such as Sassicaia and Ornellaia whose vines are located at a few minutes drive, one for all by visit is the village of Bolgheri.We are half way between Castiglioncello and Cecina worth visiting for the nightlife, then return to sleep in the quiet Vada. Excursions to Florence in an hour, Pisa in 45 minutes, Livorno in 30 minutes and hinterland in the charming villages of the Tuscan Maremma from Volterra and San Gimignano about 1 hour drive.Water parks in Cecina, Aquarium in Livorno, playground Cavallino Matto Donoratico all locations are easily reached by car or bus. also they complete the picture as well as small and beautiful beaches which I will talk in person when I see you.
