2-room apartment 50 m2, practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 2 sofa beds, 1 pull-out bed and satellite-TV. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen (2 hotplates, micro wave). Shower/bidet/WC. Heating. Facilities: telephone, safe. Reserved parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Nice residence "Englovacanze". 300 m from the centre of Riva del Garda, in a quiet, elevated position, 500 m from the lake. For shared use: garden with trees, indoor pool (8 x 6 m, depth 140 cm). Garden furniture. In the house: reception, bar, breakfast room, lounge with TV, internet access, Wireless LAN [WLAN], sauna (extra). Room cleaning weekly (included). Parking in the grounds. Shop, grocers, restaurant 300 m, shingle beach 500 m. Please note: The photograph is a typical example. Storage room for sport equipment and surf boards. Possible to book for breakfats (extra).
