2-room apartment 50 m2, practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 2 sofa beds, 1 pull-out bed and satellite-TV. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen (2 hotplates, micro wave). Shower/bidet/WC. Heating. Facilities: telephone, safe. Reserved parking. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.
Nice residence "Englovacanze". 300 m from the centre of Riva del Garda, in a quiet, elevated position, 500 m from the lake. For shared use: garden with trees, indoor pool (8 x 6 m, depth 140 cm). Garden furniture. In the house: reception, bar, breakfast room, lounge with TV, sauna (extra). Room cleaning weekly (included). Parking. Shop, grocers, restaurant 300 m, shingle beach 500 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Storage room for sport equipment and surf boards. Possible to book for breakfats (extra).
