Lyveroulaz (965m) 4 km from Saint Nicolas: 3-family house, 3 storeys. Outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Saint Nicolas, in an elevated position. Parking by the house. Grocers 4 km, restaurant 4 km. Cross-country ski trail 4 km. Please note: car essential. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence.
