3-room house 80 m2 on 1st floor, nice and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with swedish stove, dining table and TV (flat screen TV), radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 150 - 250 cm. 1 room with 2 beds. Gallery, ceiling height 50 - 150 cm. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Shower/bidet/WC. Electric heating. Balcony 5 m2. Nice view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only small pets accepted. The house has slightly sloping ceilings. There are 20 steps from the ground floor to the upper floor. Table tennis on the ground floor.

Terrace, garden furniture. Public parking 30 m. Grocers 6 km, bus stop 600 m. Cable car 6 km, cross-country ski trail 100 m. Please note: car essential. Views of Valgrisanche and the Monte Ruitor glacier from the terrace.
