An incredible villa close to the atlantic see.

* It offers breathtaking views, there are 4 bedrooms, 3 doubles, both with bathroom on suite, all on the ground floor and the master bedroom, which has a bathroom on suite, a dressing area and a living room to watch tv or music, a private terrace and direct access to the pool with a patio of cactus and rocks with a shower. The blue bedroom has a bathroom on suite too, and 2 beds (90x200)and direct acces to the garden and pool. The pink bedroom has particular patio with a lemon tree out of the window, very peacefull and quiet. Big and functional kitchen and a very beautifull living room with incredible views.

There is also a gim with a bathroom and terrace. There are also 2 solariums and a private exit to the sea.

The entrance to the area of the hous is strictly private with electric door, video door intercom, security system with alarm ...

Pool is sea water.
