Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 x 1 bunk beds, 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Terrace, large garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Nice panoramic view of the sea and the valley. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking by the house. Please note: only small pets accepted.
5 km from Fosdinovo: Cosy house "Pianacce", 550 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, built in 1985, surrounded by trees and meadows. 15 km from the centre of Marinella di Sarzana, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 15 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: grounds 3'000 m2, garden. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating. Motor access to the house (700 m via unmade road). Parking by the house.
