The accommodation

House with 5 rooms, games room, dining room, DVD, radio, alarm. Includes sheets, towels, electricity, water and gas. Satellite TV, Internet, private parking for 6 cars, solário.Bicicletas and boat included.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and clothes, oven, microwave, gas stove. Barbecue with tables for 12 pessoas.Cozinha fully equipped with mach. coffee mach. washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, stove with gas oven and electric hob, toaster, electric roaster, blender, toaster, kettle of hot water, refrigerator, freezer, cutlery, dishes, pans, baking trays, pans, corkscrews, racks, everything.

Two systems Meo 110 satellite channels. Both independent.

Spread over a single floor, the generous sized villa of 340 m2 living area is equipped with central heating and comprises of a 60 m2 lounge with living and dining areas (table seating up to 12 persons), 5 bedrooms with terrace, (1 double, 1 twin, 2 triples and 1 with bunk beds), 2 of them with en suite bathroom and one of them with private terrace and inside garden with table and chairs, 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Outside, guest have at their disposal a brick barbecue with table and seats, a stone table by the river bank, mini-golf, tenis, direct access to a natural swimming pool .

Setting

From the airport of Oporto, pick up the A28 and exit at Moledo / Vila Praia de Ancora. There are 40 minutes by car.

Easy access allows visitors to north or south: Viana do Castelo is a city not to be missed. To the north you can visit Moledo, walks and catching the ferry travel to Spain where you can visit Mount Santa Tecla with its forts and its top watch the spectacular views over the estuary of the River Minho, where nature is still respected .
