"Maddalena", 2-room apartment 35 m2, on the ground floor, comfortable and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofa bed and TV. 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, grill, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Small patio, garden 20 m2. Terrace furniture, sitting area. Facilities: mosquito net. Please note: only small pets accepted. Private entrance.
The property is located in the Tuscan hilly countryside, just 35 km from the Tyrrhenian coast and 1 km from the centre of Montecatini in the Val di Cecina, amidst the country estate's vineyards and olive groves. The holiday country estate comprises 3 formerly restored barns with a total of 15 apartments and the manor house. Furnished outdoor area with grill, swimming pool and table tennis table, boccia and football pitch available to guests. On request (extra): Visits to wine cellars with wine-tasting and typical Tuscan cuisine. Direct sales of home produce. Guests receive a welcome breakfast basket on the first day. Rustic country house, surrounded by trees. 15 km from the centre of Volterra, 45 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 60 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet, elevated position, in the countryside. For shared use: park (fenced), swimming pool (6 x 15 m, depth 200 - 300 cm, 01.05.-30.09.). Outside shower. Table tennis, garden furniture. In the house: reception, washing machine (extra). Parking in the grounds. Grocers 1 km, restaurant 1 km, railway station "Saline di Volterra" 14 km. Local sale of farm products.
