3-room apartment 68 m2 on 3 levels, on the ground floor, rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite-TV. Exit to the patio. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC. Small terrace. Terrace furniture. Very nice view of the countryside. In the bedroom is possible to add an extra bed (extra). Both spiral stairs are approx 80 cn wide.
The former farmhouse of San Pietro is located on a hill and offers stunning views of the beautiful scenery. Built around 1700, the lovingly renovated house consists of 9 tastefully furnished and designed apartments. Additional whirlpool with massage jets, 5 m diameter (extra). Cosy farmhouse from the 17th century, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 9 km from the centre of Volterra, 30 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 65 km from the centre of Pisa, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill. For shared use: grounds 7'000 m2, garden (fenced), swimming pool (7 x 15 m, depth 110 - 160 cm, 05.05.-29.09.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Private: terrace, garden furniture.
