"Cedro", 3-room apartment 45 m2, on the ground floor, fully renovated, rustic and tasteful furnishings: small living/dining room with TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 x 1 bunk beds. Kitchenette with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Nice panoramic view of the countryside. Reserved parking by the house.
Stregaia 5 km from Volterra: Wonderful view of the hills typical for this area. Organic oil production. Very old farmhouse "Casale Giulia", built in 1700, renovated. 25 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 28 km from the centre of Colle Val d'Elsa, 40 km from the centre of Cecina, in a sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: grounds, swimming pool (16 x 8 m, depth 150 cm, 15.05.-30.09.). Outside shower. Garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). Private: garden furniture. In the house: reception, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Linen change weekly. House maid on request (extra). Motor access to the house. Parking by the house.
