3-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor, rustic furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, open fireplace and satellite-TV. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. Bath/WC. Terrace, small garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Private furnished outside space.
Concadore is a small farm set amidst vineyards and meadows south of Pisa, about 1 km from the medieval village Montefoscoli. The property includes the owners farmhouse, divided into two flats and a small stone house. The flats have been furnished in rustic style. The most fascinating cities of the region are easily reachable. Satelitte TV. Cosy large working farm "Concadore", renovated, surrounded by meadows and fields. 30 km from the centre of Volterra, 40 km from the centre of Pisa, 50 km from the centre of Firenze, in a sunny position, in the countryside. For shared use: grounds (fenced) with plants and flowers, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 120 cm, 05.05.-29.09.). Outside shower. Table tennis, arbour, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide). In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking in the grounds. Shop 1 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Pontedera" 20 km, sandy beach 40 km. Golf course 15 km, tennis 5 km, riding stables 15 km.
