Totally equipped apartment in the centre of Madrid

El piso es comodo, bien-decorado y en excelente condición. Dispone de todo lo necesario para poder vivir sin problemas y funciona bien. La zona es agradable con una selección de restaurantes y cafeterías. Hay también varios supermercados y otras tiendas cerca de la casa. A pesar de no estar en el centro de Madrid, la comunicación con toda la ciudad es estupenda y rápida, con el metro y una parada de autobús allí mismo. Los trámites en cuanto al alquiler son fáciles y el trato de Vianka y Manuel es excelente. Para repetir.

The apartment is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and in excellent condition. It is furnished with everything necessary for daily life and everything works well. The area is pleasant, with many restaurants and cafes.

There are also various supermarkets and other stores nearby. Although not in the center of Madrid, there is a metro and bus stop just outside and it is easy to get anywhere quickly. The reservation and all other business were handled easily and Vianka and Manuel were terrific to work with. I would definitely stay there again.

The appartment was very well located, not far from the center and with good metro communication. Equipment was very complete and cleaning service was provided regularly.
The person in charge of managing the appartment was always very responsive to our requests.

Appartment is ideal for singles or couples. We had a baby with us and although it worked fine, I believe it is best for the aforementioned demographics
