Upper floor: living room with open fireplace. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and shower/bidet/WC. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and bath/bidet/WC. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and bath/bidet/WC. 2nd upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 double bedroom. Exit to the terrace. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Apartment (with separate entrance): kitchen (dishwasher, oven and fridge). 1 twin bedroom. 1 double bedroom. 1 bathroom. Small bathroom/WC outside accessed via the garden. Outdoor barbeque.

Miniato (4km), in an excellent position within easy reach of all the most important historic and cultural centres. Florence is 38 km. away, Pisa 35, Siena 55, Lucca 45 and S.
