3-room apartment 95 m2, on the ground floor: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed and satellite-TV. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, freezer). 2 showers/bidet/WC. Heating (extra). Terrace furniture, barbecue.
10 km from Casciana Terme: The farm La Casetta comprises of 5 apartments, one of which is occupied by the owner. The property is situated in a part of Santa Luce, near the Strada del Vino della Costa degli Estrusch (wine route). Ideal for lovers of peace and quiet. Etruscan beaches 20 km, main Tuscany towns such as Pisa: 40 km, Livorno 45 km, Volterra 60 km and Florence 90 km. Large working farm "La Casetta", renovated in 2006. 10 km from the centre of Casciana Terme, in a secluded, quiet, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, 20 km from the sea, in the countryside.
