5-room house 180 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor, rustic furnishings: entrance hall. Large living/dining room with open fireplace and satellite-TV. Exit to the garden, to the loggia. Kitchen (5 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, freezer) with open fireplace. Shower/WC. Upper floor: open living room. Exit to the balcony. 3 double bedrooms. 1 room with 3 beds. Bath/bidet/WC. Terrace. Barbecue. Facilities: washing machine. One of the bathrooms is quite small.
Lovely country house built at the end of last century near the medieval town of Peccioli. Surrounded by olive-groves, La Nicchiaia is situated in a fine spot in the hills with a good view at the end of a drive line with pine-trees. The house has been restored and tastefully furnished in typical tuscan style and offers an ideal spot for families or groups of friends. Out front there is a terrace with barbecue pit. The extensive furnished garden with a pool offers peace and quiet surrounded by nature. Art cities like Volterra (28 km) and Pisa (40 km) are within quick and easy reach. Small pets allowed country house "La Nicchiaia", renovated, surrounded by trees and fields. 5 km from the centre of Peccioli, 30 km from the centre of Volterra, 45 km from the centre of Pisa, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill, in the countryside. Private: grounds with plants and trees, lawn sunning area, swimming pool (above ground) (4 x 7 m, depth 120 cm, 05.05.-29.09.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking by the house. Shop 1 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Pontedera" 20 km, sandy beach 50 km. Tennis 4 km, riding stables 18 km.
