The accommodation
Cozy and modern house located 100 meters from the beach in the coastal area of Ca'n Picafort . Ideal for families with children and it can accommodate 8 people .
The house of 200 m2 on two floors, has four bedrooms, one on the ground floor with double bed, and three on the 1st floor, two with two single beds and one with double bed . All the bedrooms have aire conditioning.
There are three bathrooms that serve the whole house one on the ground floor with shower and two on the 1st floor (one en suite with bathtub ) and the other one with shower. .
The house has 3 balconies on the top of the house, and 1 outdoor furnished terrace on the ground floor of 40m2, equipped with umbrella and garden furniture where you can enjoy your summer evenings and just a few meters from the sea.
It also has a sunroom of 49 m2 in which there is an octagonal table with 8 chairs for outdoor dining, a barbecue to enjoy outdoor kitchen and a rocker / swing to relax.
In the spacious living room, has a ceiling fan, you can relax watching satellite TV or reading a book.
The furnished dining room is open to the living room and he can enjoy lunch and dinner with your loved ones.
The kitchen is modern and has everything needed to prepare their best dishes, including electric, microwave, coffee maker, oven ... etc.
In the property you have access 1 washing machine, 1 dryer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board.
Availability for a cot and highchair.
NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
Pets are not allowed in this property.
The oil heating has an extra cost of 1.15€ / liter.
The months of November, December, January, February, March and April, the use of the heat pump has an extra cost of € 0.30 per kW.
The celebration of events is not allowed in the property.

Setting
The location of the house is perfect because you have everything you may need in walking distance: the sand beach, a big variety of restaurants, snack bars, a pharmacy, drug stores, shops, supermarkets, bars, a taxi rank, a medical center and the bus station. The bus goes every 15 minutes to Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Pollença or other directions like Palma.
The fine grained sand beach is only 100 meters away from the house; you just have to cross the sea promenade. The beach is perfect for toddlers because the swell is moderate and the beach slopes down gently into the water. nIn Can Picafort you will find lots of restaurants for every kind of taste; fresh fish, excellent meat, pizza and pasta, tapas and typical Majorcan cuisine. If you feel a bit hungry, the numerous snack bars offer sandwiches, hamburgers and salads. For your coffee or tea break you will find lots of cafeterias on the promenade. There are also lots of shops there; beside shops for clothes, shoes and souvenirs you will easily find big and small supermarkets for grocery shopping.
The next big supermarkets are located on the main road direction Puerto de Alcúdia or the other side to Son Serra de Marina. You will find also 2 gas stations there. By car or bus you could easily reach other nice beach areas like Playa de Muro, Playa de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença. The old town of Alcúdia with its little cobbled streets is a must see. Visit the old squares, the church and the town walls where you can also walk around the top of the old town. Lots of small bars and good restaurants invite you to stop off for a coffee or a snack and take it all in. On Tuesday and Sunday there is market day in Alcúdia and the town turns into a busy place with lots of people.

Excellent rest
On the part of the owners, maintenance and support are at the highest level. We met at two o'clock in the morning !! (For us it was important, as we went with children), with fruit and a bottle of wine. All our requests were fulfilled within a few hours. On farewell, the owners treated the buns with meat, it was very tasty. The house is well equipped, there is everything you need (almost everything new except a few positions) for a three-week vacation, as well as fast internet !! We were 10 people, everyone found a place. The house is fully consistent with the photos. Fantastic location only 100 meters to the beach and restaurants. Supermarket Mercadonna in walking distance. We recommend, thank you very much for a great holiday.
