Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, freezer) with dining table. Exit to the balcony. Bath/bidet/WC, hip bath/bidet/WC. 3 balconies. Terrace furniture. View of the garden and the resort. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: TV only IT. Sorrento: Family friendly, nice small apartment house, surrounded by trees. In the resort, 500 m from the centre, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. Room cleaning on request (extra). House maid on request (extra). Cook on request (extra). Individual garage by the house. Parking place or garage only for small – middle size car. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Sorrento" 1 km, pebble beach 1 km. On request: airport transfer to the holiday accommodation. Please note: Property ref. IT6040.131.1 is situated on the same grounds. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise.
