Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. 1 double bedroom with bath/bidet/WC. 1 room with 1 bed. Small kitchen (oven, micro wave, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, warm air heating. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Reserved parking space n 1. Pretty inner courtyard with swimming pool (3 x 3 m), open from 1st of May to 30 September. Marina Del Cantone 5 km from Massa Lubrense: Very nice, cosy holiday development "Villa Rita", surrounded by trees. In a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach, located by a road, in the countryside. Room cleaning daily on request (extra). House maid daily on request (extra). Cook on request (extra). Parking in the grounds. Shop 500 m, grocers 3 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant, bar 300 m, bakers 7 km, internet café 7 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Sorrento" 10 km, pebble beach "Marina del Cantone" 300 m, diving center 200 m.
