3-room apartment 55 m2, on the ground floor, cosy furnishings: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven) with dining table TV. Shower/bidet/WC. Patio 38 m2, partly covered. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking. A few metres from the house is a beautiful structure called "THE GARDENS OF THE SUN". There are several games for children, tennis courts, beach volleyball pitch, the field for mini golf, restaurant - pizzeria.
Terraced house. 100 m from the centre, 400 m from the sea. Private: outside shower. Barbecue. In the house: air conditioning (extra). Motor access to the house. Public parking on the road. Grocers, bar 100 m, sandy beach 400 m, rocky beach 1 km. Golf course 10 km, tennis 200 m. Due to its clear water, Torre dell'Orso is also known as "Bandiera Blue 2010".
