It is situated in the northern part of the island, in Bahía de Fornells.

Built in the year 2006, on 700 m2 of land, this is a two-storey building which is connected by an outdoor staircase.

* The ground floor has a large dining room, an independent and fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, two twin rooms and a complete bathroom and a double room with an independent dressing-room and a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and shower. It also includes a large front terrace and another one at the back of the house in the swimming pool area, as well as a barbecue and a WC with a shower.

* You can access the top floor by means of an exterior staircase and this floor includes two twin rooms, a complete bathroom, a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a large dining room and a terrace.

The house is fully furnished and has large built-in wardrobes in the four twin rooms and garden and swimming pool furniture.
