5-room house 100 m2, comfortable and nice furnishings: living room 18 m2 with open fireplace, satellite-TV, CD-player, air-conditioning and warm air heating. 2 rooms 12 m2, each room with 2 beds. Kitchen-/living room 8 m2 (oven, micro wave, freezer) with bar. Bath/WC, shower/WC. Heating. Upper floor: 1 room 20 m2, with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (090 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace covered. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's highchair. Please note: access to one of the bedrooms is via a simple spiral staircase.
Country house, built in 1999, surrounded by fields. 1 km from the centre of Búger, 11 km from the centre of Inca, in a sunny position. Private: grounds 7'100 m2, garden lawn 80 m2, trees, orchard, swimming pool (32 m2, depth 050 - 200 cm, 01.01.-31.12.). Outside shower. Garden furniture, barbecue. Parking in the grounds. Shop 1 km, grocers 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach 14 km. Golf course 10 km, tennis 14 km, riding stables 14 km. Please note: car essential. Cozy farmhouse located in a quiet area, on the outskirts of Búger. Bright interior, traditional rustic Majorcan decoration. for reservations greater than 10 days, maintenance cleaning and bed linen change are included. On arrival: welcome basket with coffee or tea, water, milk, juice... included in the price. Diving centre 14km. Farm animals in a fenced area (hens, goats, ducks...).
