Güime is a town in the District of San Bartolome, located in an area classified as a biosphere reserve, completely quiet with incredible views and in the Centre of the island. Located near the most important tourist centres of Lanzarote like Puerto del Carmen, Costa Teguise and the capital, Arrecife. The nearest beach, Playa Honda, is approximately 4 km, there is shopping centre, shops, leisure, cinemas, restaurants.

* To book a date must pay 25% of the total rent by bank account, the rest will be paid in cash on arrival ar the village, (if you are interested I will send the booking form)

* We asked for a deposit of 300 euros in cash income in the villa, to address any damage that may occur in the villa. This deposit will be refunded in full if the villa is in the same conditions I was given.

* No charge cleaning costs.

* We recommend renting a car

* Cleaning is once a week, including change of sheets, towels, cleaning the pool and garden.

* Prices are the same all year, the villa is exclusive with all its facilities for the tenants. The village has tourist permit
