4-room apartment 100 m2 on 1st floor, practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with TV, radio and DVD. 3 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (3 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Shower/WC, shower/bidet/WC. Heating, air-conditioning. View of the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Reserved parking space n 55. Information for wheelchair users: The width of the doors is 60 cm. The shower has a shower tray.
Apartment block, built in 1970, renovated in 2004. 1 km from the centre of Bilbao, 20 km from the sea, on a side street. For shared use: garden. In the house: lift. Communal covered parking. Shop 50 m, grocers 20 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Bilbao Vialia" 2 km, underground station "Casco Viejo" 400 m, sandy beach 20 km. Golf course 6 km, riding stables 20 km.
