Set of two houses overlooking the sea, with large terraces & heated 12 meter long swimming pool set in a quiet residential area in the Tauro Valley in Gran Canaria, within walking distance from food shops & golf courses. Nearest shopping center is only a 5-minute drive away.
- Setting
The houses lie in the Tauro Valley of Gran Canaria, overlooking the Anfi Tauro Golf Resort and the sea, within short driving distance of Maspalomas, Playa del Inglés, Puerto Rico, Arguineguín and Puerto Mogan. The islands inland is also well-worth seeing, with beautiful wooded highlands in the north and northwest of the islands. I recommend day outings to see Cruz de Tejeda, Tamadaba, Pico de Las Nieves, and Roque Nuble, just to mention a few spots.

Beaches, sand dunes and water sports all within a 15 minute drive.
Those fond of trekking and daily walks will be glad to know that highlands at the back of the houses are a favorite for the local.

(regarding a stay in February 2011)
We have stayed in this villa for one week in febr 2011. Everything was handled correctly. The place was clean and well equiped. Very nice pool which offers anough space for a familily allthough I don't think the temperature was realy 26 degrees. The pictures don't do justice to the real view you've got from the terasse. You can actually see the sea :) The sunsets from the terasse are beautifull. A small supermarket for your daily needs is on a 5 minutes drive distance. This villa offers all the privacy you need. The road above is no problem at all. This is a very quiet dead-end street which only leads to a couple of houses further upp on the road.

(regarding a stay in December 2010)
As a family with 3 small children (age 7, 4 and 2), this house was perfect. It has a large terrace area with plenty of room to run around and a very nice heatedool. All the bedrooms open onto the terrace, the pool cover is automatic and the house has all the amentities you need to make it home from home. The Tauro area is very quiet but you definietely need a car to get out and about. Puerto Rico was just 5 minutes away and the beautiful Amadores beach even closer. Friends of ours rented the upper house at the same time which worked perfectly. Each family had
its privacy yet we were close to each other. The owner Mikael was very responsive and helpful. We would certainly rent again.

We got just what we were after and what we expected. Very nice property, with lot of outer spaces. The pool is just lovely. Excellent for families with children. The service from the owner was also excellent. Lovely Holliday!
This villa is overlooked! de

This villa and pool are overlooked by the upper floor villa above, which is not mentioned in the villa description. The pool is also overlooked by the road above and adjacent villa. There is a downstairs office sometimes used by the owners, which includes a viewing glass into the pool. The rugs, lounge chairs, bathrooms and room fans need cleaning properly. There is a sharp edge at the bottom of the pool and the pool side is very slippy. The good thing is the surrounding resorts of Amadores and Mogan. Will not be coming back to this villa.

A faboulous villa with great facilities. Agree that the pictures do not do it justice. All in all a great location for a really relaxing holiday.
