Nice and new house for 4-6 persons, fully equiped, 850 m from one of the best beaches in Costa Brava, and next to a beautiful pine forest.
* Private parking and garden, and community pool for only 18 beautiful houses; no flats. Supermarket with all the services 150m closen, golf yard 850 m close. Treking in the woods, best restaurants in Empordà, nautic sports in Begur, l'Estartit, Pals, Roses, l'Escala 10 min far... and the culture and history of Girona city just 50 min by car.
