Location
Sunny, wind-protected and quietly located on a large property, excellent sea view, about 800 yeards to the beach of Calo D’en Real and 1,5 km to the beautiful beach of Cala Vadella.
Division of the chalet
The very impressive mansion-sized house of 350 m2 with 3500 m2 of garden is elegantly furnished and provides an entrance hall, a large living room with a separate dining room, 4 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and spacious balconies.
Equipement
Garden and orchard, enormous 6 by 12m pool, large-scale terrace, central heating, fully equipped big kitchen, washing machine and dryer, SAT-TV.
A/C in all bedrooms. There is still a week available in July
