The accommodation
Villa El Chaparro Torreguadiaro is located at 4km from the luxury resort of Sotogrande and 1 km from the marina. The house is situated on a hill overlooking the sea and with spectacular sea views, the Rock of Gibraltar and in the days of the West African coast. For golf lovers the area offers several prestigious field such as Valderrama, San Roque Club, Almenara, Sotogrande and La Duquesa Club all within no more than 10km.
The beaches are all areas with blue flag and easy access even for people with disabilities. The beaches are very clean waters and sands great. ADndice.htm.
The house sits on a plot of 1100m2 and has a 400m2 garden with pool. It is a house with two floors. Upstairs is the living room, master bedroom, a kitchen with office and toilet and two huge terrezas oriented to the sea. From every room in the house can see the sea. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and one with the bathroom inside. Have direct access to lawn and pool and see the sea from the rooms. There is a shared bathroom for two rooms.
Is of recent construction (5 years) and both the furniture and distribution are designed to make the house very functional and enjoyment. It has private parking spaces.
The price includes linen and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a barbecue at your disposal.

This is a perfect villa for holiday makers who would like to spend time together and still need their privacy once in a while. It has everything you need as for facilities. We were there for 2 weeks, 3 generations, everybody was very pleased. The place is inviting you to spend your time either in the garden with the big pool or on the huge terrace with amazing views over Sotogrande, Gibraltar and Africa. We genuinely can say we had a blast of a stay.

Six friends and I rented this villa for a week late June. We were welcomed such a wonderful couple who settled us in well. The accommodation was spacious, immaculate and home from home with everything you could need at hand. The patio area was fabulous for long lunches with amazing views & pre party drinks! The pool and pool area again immaculate with plenty of room to sunbathe and swim & parking behind electric gates kept us and our car secure . The bars, shops and restaurant’s were just 5 mins walk away though the walk back was a little steep! The owners friend came into clean for us one day and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this property
