(regarding a stay in November 2011)
Everything fine, the place is as shown in the pics and the owner is among the nicest persong I've met along my renting experience across Europe.
I stayed in Madrid for work for 4 weeks and the place was perfect for my needs: central but quiet, near the metro, clean, fully equipped and with wifi.
I'll sure come back if needed.

Absolutely no problems. Excellent! We spent almost 2 very nice weeks there. Recomended. Good location.
