Casa Ficula is a sea frontline property, located 20m from the sea, with paronamic views to the coast (Cala es Morts) and to a natural protected area without construction. The house is located in a quite area, however very close (less than 5 minutes walk) to restaurants, beach, pharmacy and other shops. All 3 bedrooms and living room have wonderfull sea views. A large covered terrace with BBQ overlooks the garden (lawn and autochthon plants) and the sea. An internal open air patio gives access to an upper terrace with panoramic views.
