From 15 till 22nd of March 2012 we stayed with 6 people (3 couples) in this beautiful apartment. The aim of the males in our group was to go cycling in Andalusia and the females were intended to walk along the beach and the surroundings. We were all quite satisfied with the possibilities in this area to realize these goals.
The hostfamily (the Spanish speaking Mr.Javier Sala and his English speaking daughter Sara Sala) are nice people, the contacts were quite relaxed and to the point and agreeable.
The apartment is spacious, well equipped, with nice balconies and bathrooms adjacent to the 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. The bedroom and the bathroom on the ground floor are a bit basic. (How to accommodate 8 people, as written in the website, that’s not clear to me)
We could nicely sunbathe in the nice outdoor space (with much privacy) in the front of the house
The information given to us on how to reach the apartment, and the personal assistance given by Mr. Javier Sala was very friendly and helpful. He personally opened the apartment for us, introduced us in how to operate everything in the apartment, showed us the kitchen and the fridge with bottles of wine and beer and food: all for us to use during our stay. We have never encountered this before: the apartment owner being so hospitable to his guests!
We could park the car and our bicycles a private garage in the basement, which gave access to the apartment itself.
The apartment is located in a rather quiet area of Motril. In fact it seems to us to be a quite newly erected holiday resort. We think, its because of the time of the year (March) that there were no restaurants opened in the immediate surrounding of the apartment, so we had to take the car to take a meal in Motril.
All in all we were very happy with our stay in this apartment and would highly recommend it to others

The villa offers a very nice floor plan. The house can house 6 people very comfortably. The amenities in the complex include a very large pool with beautiful surroundings, tennis and paddle courts. The Golf course is refreshing but simple. The beach to go to is Burraima (Nerja). The villa has fantastic balcony & patio areas for breakfast and late night dinners. It is located in a very peaceful area. The villa is fully furnished with dinnerware and all needed modern equipments. We also had great quality dinners in the nearby (walking-distance) restaurants. We will book for next year, it is a great place for vacationing.
