Family Residence with only 6 Apartments (max. 33 persons), nicely decorated.

Situated in the middle of the town; a very quiet and natural place, One of the last places surrounded with pine trees, you can indulge in a tranquil and serene atmosphere all of them with pool view and spacious terrace; sun during the day.; 5 minutes from the centre of Cala D'Or and 250 m. to the sandy beaches of Cala Esmeralda and Cala Gran.

Public Parking in front of the apartments; supermarket at 300 m.; public bus stop at 750 m. Close to most of the popular sandy beaches of the district, Porto Petro’s Port and golf course, as well as banks, shops and restaurants. Children’s play ground at 300 m.

The nearest cities of interest are Santanyí, Cala Egos, Porto Petro, s'Horta, Cas Concos, Alquería Blanca and Porto Colom.

1-bedroom apartment (approx. 33 m²): Ground floor appartment for 2-3 pax, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 extra bed in living room; Bath/WC

2-bedroom apartment (approx. 55 m²): ground floor right at the pool terrace or top floor with roof terrace. For 4-5 pax, 4 in 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 bed extra in living room; Bath/WC

All of them with dining and livingroom; kitchenette with gas cooker/oven, Koffee machine, kettle; toaster; Sat.-TV, telephone; safe deposit box available for rent, Central Heating, microwave. Free WiFi connection.

Please note that requests are optional, and not guaranteed. However we will always try to make your stay the best stay for you and your family!

The apartments are cleaned every two days. Change of towels 2 times a week, changing of bed linen once a week. If you require anything special feel free to ask the cleaning staff when she is at the villa. Includes final cleaning.
