Ostuni sea-villa inside private residence with swimming pool, beginning from € 40/50,00 to person to week,there are conditioned air, 7sets bed, terrace with gazebo and garden furnitures, privare sets car, far 500mt from beachs and 50mt from the sea.

Renewed from not too long, there are 7 sets bed, the house is situated in the center of the village Villanova (marine of Ostuni) to little steps from every kind of commercial and recreational activity (far max 300 mt there are market, bar, pizza, restaurant, pharmacy, news paper, bazar, rent Mountain bike, tennis and football). There is living room, double room, room with 2 beds, kitchen, bathroom with shower, balcony with small table and 2 chairs, independent and large terrace with gazebo and garden furnitures, small garden.

Endowments: air conditioned, tv, swimming pool with beach beds and umbrellas, showers, dishes and pots, barbecue, moka, boiler. Inside of the residence animation and miniclub diurnal and evening to fixed timetable (optional and not comprised in the price). Optional supplements: bed linen and towels, crib. -
