Wonderful XIX country property in a 8 hectares estate. Lush garden with big green areas, swimming pool, fishing pond, fountain, ecological orchard, terraces...

Peaceful rural millieu with small animals, 5 min from a golf course, 10 min from Arcos center, 30 min from Jerez airport and Puerto de Santa María, and one hour to Cadiz wonderful beaches and Seville.

Setting

The farm is situated on a hill that overlook the valley of Guadalete the wonderful rock of Arches, olive groves, and on the horizon at dusk the lights of nearby villages. It has 360 degree views, with some spectacular sunsets, and sun light fills the house. Accessed by road to Arcos Algar, which is situated the golf Arcos Garden.

* The capacity of the farm is 8 adults, foor children and two babies, as the bedroom / study is quadruple, plus two extra beds and two baby cribs.

* It is rented with bed linen, towels, and table. In summer pool towels. It makes a weekly cleaning with change of clothes, if you rent two weeks. Daily maintenance of pool and garden.

* Deposit farmhouse € 250.

* For pets there is an additional security depending on the number and type. Browse

* 30% of the total booking. Mínimo15 remaining days before the occupation.

* On arrival the tenants have the basic food products and cleaning products (milk, bread, sugar, fruit, etc). Wood for the stove in the study room. Organic produce from the garden in season.
