The owner´s comments
This newly reconstructed apartment is located in the historic Vila Nova de Gaia and the wine cellars of Porto, 250 m from the Douro River, next to the riverside area of Porto. In the left margin is rabelos boats, several restaurants, entertainment and small boats that travel or go up the Douro River to the Douro Wine Region.
The view on the right margin to see a picture of the Portuguese most interesting, the historical center of Porto, heritage listed by UNESCO as World Heritage, reachable in 10 minutes, walk through the Bridge of Don Luis
You can walk to the Church and Monastery of Serra do Pilar, Oporto Cathedral, Tower of Clerics, or make a magnificent right bank of the river to the Transport Museum and the Tram Museum.
On the left, you can go to a village of fishermen, Afurada, and if he wants to get up to 17 km of beaches (blue flag) and the promenade.

Very new and nice appartment near the river. Fully equipped. Comfortable bed. Easy access from the subway line D. Very nice owners. Good restaurants near-by.

Super apartment! Cosy, comfortable, well decorated & furnished, all you need is present & mega clean!
Location is excellent, in an a small side street 5 min. walking distance from all the famous Porto caves and wine tasting or a cruise on the Douro river, 10 min from Porto town and 20 min by bus from the ocean.
Porto is a fantastic holiday destination, it was a pleasure to come home & relax in this apartment after a full day of fun activities.

This is lovely apartment. Clean, comfortable and good for family with children. The owners were very hospitable and friendly. Close to the river, small shops and restaurants. We enjoyed to stay at this small but causy place.

De la misma manera que ustedes, nosotros también buscamos este apartamento a través de internet. La primera impresión al visitar la zona a través de google map es un poco deprimente, con lo que nuestras expectativas eran un tanto negativas. Cual fué nuestra sorpresa, cuando llegamos muertos de frío y cansados a un cálido y acogedor apartamento, decorado con un gusto exquisito, con todas las comodidades; casi parecía que lo ibamos a estrenar nosotros. Respecto a la zona, la impresión cuando llegamos era totalmente distint a lo que nos trasmitió la imagen de Google map. Es un lugar romántico, lleno de rincones históricos, cafeterías, bodegas donde te atienden de manera exquisita, y lleno de vida y color. Nosotros nos hemos quedado con ganas de volver, realmente lo recomendamos a todo el mundo parejas con o sin niños pueden disfrutar de todo lo que ofrece la ciudad, y por su puesto da gusto volver tras un día lleno de emociones a un lugar tan acogedor como este apartamento.
