One bedroom exterior apartment 5th floor. Renovated and fully equipped. Wooden floor throughout. Living room with double sofa bed, 2 individual sofas, dinning table for 4 people. American kitchen. Bedroom with spacious wardrobe. Full equipped bathroom, glass cabin shower. Bed linen and towels provided. Garage in the building (to confirm price and availability).

The oval of Rubén Darío, is near "Paseo de la Castellana" and is where Almoagro street ends and begins Miguel Angel, that is intersected by the only walk of the sector: Eduardo Dato (before Paseo del Cisne). It is a quiet area in the late afternoon but very agitated during the workday. Very safe and listed to live.

The building is very secure and close to Calle Rafael Calvo street is the Police Office and the Ombudsman. In the same Migel Angel street, there are some administration buildings very guarded, the Migel Angel Hotel is located in the other corner of the street.

Located near several restaurants such as VIPS or nightclubs as Shabay and Fortuny 7 in Miguel Angel Street too, just a two minutes walk. All the surrounding streets have bars, restaurants and shops, for example a paper shop across the street and pharmacy in the square of Ruben Darío.Metro: Ruben Darío (line 5) & Gregorio Marañón (lines 7 & 10). Área of Ruben Darío square, Gregorio Marañon square and Paseo de la Castellana Av. Very good location.
