Holiday villa in the Spanish style. * Wonderful site with lots of palm trees, barbecue area, several terraces, children's playground, private pool with waterslide. Pool bar with 42 inch plasma television and stereo, dishwasher, full sized refigerator, cappucino/coffee maschine, microwave.bar-b-que and beer tap. Large living room with 42 inch plasma TV, spanish, television, satalite television (astra), DVD player and sterei system. (There are a couple of steps up to the pool and a couple of steps leaving the back door of the house so you must be careful with babies) We have another house beside this house for 4 people and with it´s own pool. Setting

The house is located up in the peaceful Montgo region approximately 1.5 km from the center of Denia where yoe have all services. A car is needed as while it is a nice walk diwn to Denia.....the way back is uphill and there is no public transport, only taxis. The house is competely surrounded by a wall and many tropical plants, giving peace and privacy. There in no traffic whatsoever on the road. There is a carport for one car but the entire street is empty so there is plenty of room for parking. There are security cameras all around the outside walls of the villa, just in case, as this is not a high crime area since almost all the houses in this area have advanced security systems.

There are many things to do in the area including, golf, horseback riding, diving, the beach, a tram that goes all along the coast from Denia to Alicant with beautiful views and stops in Teulada, Benissa/Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Villajoyosa, el Campello y San Juan before reaching the capital city of the province, Alicante. There are varios street markets in the area and a safari park. In Benidorm, just 30 minutes by car you have 2 Aquatic parks, Terra Mitica theme park amongst other attraccions.it ot
