It is at the entrance to the Sierra de Aracena Natural Park and the Picos de Aroche. A thousand metres from the village of Higuera de la Sierra.

For those keen on hiking there is the Camino de las Tobas, an area of great beauty due to its vast vegetation. A result of the constant dripping of water has produced a karst type cavity, where there is an image of the Virgin of Lourdes.
