The owner´s comments
This bungalow is situated less than 50 m from the El Beachzo Beach (Almería). It includes a double room, a twin room, lounge with a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette, complete bathroom and indoor terrace with a sink and clothes line.
Outside the house, there is a garden with a terrace. Ideal for elderly people or children as there is only one step.
The sandy beach is 6 km long and has an average width of 100 m. Next to the estate there is a sailing club and the Valle del Este Social Golf Club, which has a bar and restaurant and has free entrance.
The estate is completely closed off and borders with the beach, a 10000 square metre public gardens and a 4-star Apartment hotel. The car park is located behind the apartment.
There is a supermarket 200 m away and a shopping centre with a supermarket 400 m away, which is open all year round.
