The owner´s comments
This is a large apartment situated in a square, which has been recently built in the centre of Llanes. This enables it to be a very peaceful area (without the noise of the cars), as well as being right in the centre (opposite the Town Hall).
The distance to the beaches is about 200 metres, but less than 10 minutes away you have the possibility of enjoying another 10 beaches, each more beautiful than the other.
If you are keen on golf, the Llanes Golf Course is only 5 minutes away and will be a pleasant surprise.
