The owner´s comments
This is an 85 m2 apartment with a large terrace, situated on the Benicassím Promenade (beachfront apartment). Heliópolis Beach (Blue flag).
It includes : 1 double room and another twin, lounge dining room with a sofa bed, 1 complete bathroom and a WC with a shower. It is located on an estate with a private garden, swimming pool for adults and another for children, tennis court, children’s play area, car park.
