The owner´s comments
This apartment has superb views of the sea and the gardens. It is situated on an estate with a lot of different services. It has a sea water spa, hotels, restaurants, children’s park, a large green area, beach bars, pedal boat rental, etc. opposite a natural wood.
Beautiful and very comfortable, it has 2 swimming pools. Below, there is a cider bar and a grocer’s, chemist’s, restaurants, Internet café. Very well situated.
It is a first floor apartment facing the front.
